Applications will be taken by appointment only. An email was sent out to those that entered their information on the interest list, with specific instructions on how to obtain an appointment. You must follow the instructions on the email blast that went out.
Lake Bluetail is still an active construction zone and therefore is closed to the public. There is no office staff on site at the property location. For safety reasons, please do not attempt to enter the site at this time.
Applications will be accepted at an off-site location. You will be informed of the exact location individually.
Move ins are anticipated to begin October 2025.

**Some apartments will be available at a reduced rate for households that qualify at a lower income level.
***Rental assistance vouchers are accepted here. We will work with your housing counselor to coordinate the necessary paperwork.
